Authorised use

Harmony EMR is a private workforce system. You may use it only if Harmony Springs or an authorised administrator has issued or approved your account, and only for the branch, role, and responsibilities assigned to you. Accounts may not be shared.

Your responsibilities

• Keep credentials and devices secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
• Access patient or workforce information only for a legitimate authorised purpose.
• Enter accurate, timely information and follow hospital policies and professional standards.
• Do not copy, export, alter, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its data.

Clinical use

The application supports clinical and administrative work but does not replace professional judgement, emergency protocols, independent verification, or required documentation practices. Users remain responsible for reviewing information and acting within their licence, competence, and assigned authority.

Privacy and confidentiality

Your use is subject to our privacy policy, clinical confidentiality duties, hospital policies, and applicable law. Patient and workforce information must not be disclosed outside authorised channels.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service secure and available, but maintenance, connectivity, emergencies, or events outside our control may interrupt access. We may update features, security controls, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.

Access suspension and termination

Harmony Springs may restrict or end access when employment or an assignment changes, when required for security or legal reasons, or when these terms or hospital policy are breached. Relevant clinical and audit records may remain retained after account access ends.

Intellectual property

The website, application, branding, interface, and software are owned by or licensed to Harmony Springs and its technology providers. These terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the service as authorised.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be limited.
